Healing during Deep Sleep

Here are some simple Self-Healing steps that you can do on a daily basis:

  2. Get comfortable by lying on the bed or lounging on a chair or sofa.
  3. Close your eyes.
  4. Breathe in and out slowly. You can easily do this by counting 1-2-3 during inhale, and 1-2-3-4-5 for exhale. The slower the exhale, the better.
  5. Focus on what part of your body or emotional aspect that you want to heal. If other thoughts begin to clutter your mind, just let them flow in and out. Do not dwell on those other thoughts.
  6. Imagine a white glow around the part of your body that you want to be healed. For emotional healing, you can imagine a white light outlining your entire body. 
  7. Now tell yourself... "I want to be healed." Repeat as many times as you want.
  8. Drift off to sleep and feel better when you wake up.
