What Is a Light Worker/Warrior?

Have you ever had the urge to simply get up and try to help others, even without any beckoning? Have you felt so much empathy and affinity with the creatures and people around you, their plights and their troubles, and have had the strongest pull to try and help? Have you ever experienced simply feeling an overwhelming sense of duty to try and help others, heal the sick and weary, and do what you can to change the world for the better, despite your material and financial limitations? If so, you may be a Light Worker or a Light Warrior.

What are Light Workers/Warriors?

Light Workers/Warriors are beings born of this earth, (some say who volunteered before birth, others say who are born with the duty) to help Earth, its denizens, and its elements heal and recover from the effects of evil, fear, and destruction. It is said everyone is born a Light Worker/Warrior, but as we grow up, with the materialistic focus of “real life” taking its hold, our divine and sacred purpose is slowly forgotten, and with it, the abilities to heal and change the world for the better. When Light Workers/Warriors forget their true selves, but are on the brink of remembering, they feel lost, afraid, and without a sense of purpose, except for a distinctive pull to be a positive force.

What is the difference between a Worker and a Warrior?

A Light Worker and a Light Warrior are the same, except for one key element: Light Warriors fight. No, not fight skeptics over the internet, not go to war with some foreign power, not fight crime as a superhero (although there are Light Warriors who end up being soldiers and law enforcement officers as part of their duty to change the world for the better.) No, Light Warriors are fighters of a different kind. Say, while Light Workers help others be sheltered from fear and darkness, Light Warriors help those people fight fear and engage the dark. The difference is the subtle ways in which they bring the light to the world, although they are very well the same.
Both the Light Worker and the Light Warrior use the same tools and weapons: Love, Peace, Forgiveness, Purity, Understanding, Hope, Faith, and so on. It is in their methods that the two vary, as mentioned earlier.
Enjoy the benefits of meditation in just 15 minutes!
What are the signs of being a Light Worker or Warrior?

This simple checklist will tell you if you are on the verge of awakening into your true Light Worker or Warrior self:
1.)    Do you feel compelled to heal and help others in their times of need?
2.)    Do you want to take on the problems of the world, whether environmental, social, economical, or political, even if it feels like it is too much to handle?
3.)    Have you had any recent mystical experiences like seeing angels or having visions?
4.)    Do you believe that spiritual tools and methods work, and provide healing and positivity to others?
5.)    Do you feel compelled to share your experiences to others, and want to awaken other Workers and Warriors?
6.)    Do you feel the urgent need to ACT NOW?
If so, congratulations, you are about to awaken into your Light Worker or Warrior self! Do not resist the calling. Do not give in to fear. Regardless of how hard it might be, be in touch with your Divine Purpose.

What’s Next?

If you discover yourself awakened to your Divine Purpose, the next step is to simply… act! Let the inner voice, touched by the Divine, guide you, push you to act and change the world according to its plan. But remember: changing the world for the better can be done many different ways. Do not lose hope that you are doing just the simple and easy things, rather than doing massive global change. Each effort is important, and yours is just as!

Unleash your inner Light Worker with this binaural beats track for positivity!

What Is Qi? What Are The Benefits Of Controlling Qi?

We've all heard it before: “energy”, “spirit”, “essence”, “soul.” But all of these things refer to one thing, which traces its roots back to traditional Chinese culture: Chi. Also known as Qi, or Ki in some cultures, Chi, translated literally, means “breath” or “air”, the life force or energy flow that fills every living thing. But while this concept sounds like some mumbo-jumbo to many skeptics, in recent years science has shown some evidence that reveals the very concepts of Chi itself. But what exactly is Chi? And why is it important for us?

What Is Qi?

The concept of Qi is simply the life process or the “flow of energy” that is found within all living things. While the concept itself is of Asian origin, it is also found in other cultures, like in ancient Greece and India, and found in Jewish and to an extent Christian traditions. The “life force” is not just within each living thing, but also serves as a connection to other living things and their surroundings. This means that everyone and everything is part of the cosmic network, where the one affects the many, and ripples in the events of the world eventually reach everyone else.

Qi is also said to have different categories, can be turned into many different forms of matter or energy, can be used to heal or destroy, and can be used to extend life and, in some cases, even slow the effects of aging.

Harnessing And Using Qi

Being able to harness the power of Qi gives the person the ability to enjoy its benefits in many different ways. And there are many avenues that people can employ to be able to harness Qi.

1.)    Feng Shui – one of the most common ways to harness Qi is through Feng Shui, which is the art of properly arranging a space and choosing proper placement of objects and any other elements. It can be employed from a small room to whole complexes like commercial centers and condominiums. The concept behind Feng Shui is balancing the flow of Qi, to be able to have it interact properly with the 5 elements of Chinese tradition, have it flow in the right directions, and so on. Properly retaining or dissipating Qi in key points is believed to affect everything from the health of the occupants to the wealth that comes in the area, to the overall luck of the vicinity.

2.)    Martial Arts – another common way to harness Qi is with martial arts. There are many martial arts, both Eastern and Western, that use Qi whether they know it or not. It is known as the explosive use of the internal energy, and can be commonly seen when one sees or hears a martial artists “yell” during a move. Qi can be used in martial arts many different ways, from turning flesh impervious to damage, to making heat radiate from the palms or other areas, to being able to achieve feats of strength that can commonly be associated with superheroes, like punching through walls of stone.

3.)    Qigong/Tai-chi/Active Meditation – all referring to virtually the same thing, qigong is the concept of uniting proper movement, breathing, meditation, and cosmic awareness, which is said to balance and even increase one's Qi. It can be described as a combination of martial arts, meditation, and personal feng shui, qigong is a method that anyone can do. It can also promote relaxation, heal the body of its ailments, and in advanced levels, actually slow down aging. This is why people see a lot of elderly qigong and tai-chi practitioners in parks all over Asia!

Cultivating and harnessing Qi is a valuable skill that people can learn and benefit from. Binaural beats can help in this regard. This binaural beats track for energy and health can augment your efforts for harnessing Qi when you listen to it.

Using the "Balance Frequency" as the carrier tone, this track was created to provide an overall sense of well-being using Healing Frequencies for the binaural beats and isochronic tones in the Alpha range. The Earth Resonance of 7.83 is also prominent in this track, which is associated with grounding, improvements in stress tolerance, pituitary stimulation that assists in developing muscle, recovery from injuries and gives rejuvenating effects.

Transcending Barriers: Explaining The Religious Ties And Answering The Supposed Dangers Of Meditation

As a form of relieving stress, improving productivity, and gaining deeper personal understanding, meditation has been gaining popularity in recent years, now being used by everyone from Yoga practitioners to CEOs of major corporations. But despite its rise in the popular culture, many people still misunderstand, and sometimes even fear and dislike, the idea of meditation. This is due to lack of information or even misinformation spread about the practice. Today, we’ll discuss what meditation really is about and why it transcends the barriers of religion, race, culture, and lifestyle.

What exactly is meditation?

As we previously discussed, meditation is a state of mind wherein it is emptied of whatever may trouble or disturb you, to pause and be at peace with oneself and be calm. By this definition, something as simple as sitting down and relaxing in silence, to something more complex like doing calligraphy, can be considered “meditation.” But the most common practice is that of finding a space where one can be quiet and undisturbed, and simply relaxing and being at peace.
Now, this is where the definition ends (in a simple manner) and the speculation and misinformation begin.

Meditation and religion

Meditation is not a religious practice, and does not denote that you are following a specific religion. However, different religions actually have their own ways of meditation, whether it is acknowledged as such or not.

For example, in the Hindu mantra meditation is very similar to the Christian rosary prayer, with both constantly repeating a specific verse and prayer in a solemn manner.
Judaism’s Qabalah, which is Hebrew for “to receive and reveal” follows a tradition that requires the students to transform their inner selves with the external, assimilating symbols’ characteristics via meditation.

Islamic tradition requires a Muslim to pray at least 5 times a day, during which time they focus and meditate on God by reciting the Qur’an, strengthening the ties between God and man.

And then there’s Buddhism, where Buddha himself, Siddhartha Gautama, is known to have reached enlightenment while meditating under a Bodhi tree. Different variants of Buddhism, such as Zen Buddhism, emphasize the importance of “emptying the mind” in their practice of Zazen, or Zen meditation, wherein the person stays in a seated position similar to Siddhartha, to allow the unconscious mind to be one with the universe.

There are many other religions and variants thereof, with their own versions of traditional meditation, even though it is not formally called as such. But the basic principle is that if it is a solemn practice, that requires some form of spiritual connection, involves either introspection or extrospection, and aims to bring mental peace and calm, it can be classified as a form of meditation.

Meditation is dangerous? Makes you prone to evil influence?

There are some groups of people who fear that the spiritual connections done during meditations make cause the meditating person to be prone to evil influences, whether it be demonic possession, or becoming a portal for evil spirits, or simply tapping into dark desires that lay dormant within. Others fear awakening supernatural powers, like being psychic or opening the third eye. And then there’s the fear of awakening the kundalini, also known as the “serpent spirit” and the root chakra.

We will discuss these dangers in a future post, but right now, all you need to know is this: these are all merely hurdles, distractions, and possible fears for your meditation session. As with all kinds of meditation, focus is key, and to lose focus due to these distractions and fears is to hinder your meditation progress.

Also, remember that meditation induces certain brainwave patterns, and each one has side-effects if there is an imbalance in the amount produced.  Included in these side-effects are seeing visions and hallucinations, experiencing feelings of dread and fear, as well as a gripping sense of anxiety. All of which may be attributed to the supposed dangers of meditation that are being spread by those who have had meditation experiences that have gone astray.

As with all things, focus and understanding are keys to achieving a fruitful meditation experience. Binaural beats can help with this as it regulates and induces the right amounts of brainwaves to enhance the meditation experience. Try it out with this binaural beats track for spiritual meditation, which will quiet the mind and reduce if not entirely eliminate the risks of meditation.

8 Reasons Why You Should Let Go Of People Who No Longer Play an Importance in Your Life

8 Reasons Why You Should Let Go Of People Who No Longer Play an Importance in Your Life

Sometimes, a decision is quite hard to face especially letting go of someone especially that person happens to be your friend, your lover, and anyone in between. It could really happen when you least expect it. Love is so superior because it has the ability to hurt us when it fails. Don't take the failure personally. Relationships fail every day, not always because there isn't enough love to go around.

Whatever the reason, learning how to move on from a person you loved deeply is an extremely difficult process, and it really takes time. Fortunately, it's done every day, and done with success. As we maturely grow, we are changing at different speeds and when it is time to go your separate ways, don’t ever hold on.

Here are some reasons why:

  • Let go because things are not the same anymore.  There is a saying, when you let go, you give yourself peace. Everything about holding on is torturous. You remorse, you feel ashamed and guilty, and you are opening the door of suffering. The only way to feel peace is to lessen the thoughts that threaten it. Letting go opens you up to new possibilities. When you are holding onto something, you are less open to giving and receiving anything else. You have to give to receive. Give love to get love, share joy to feel joy and it is only possible if you are open and responsive. It is hard to hold on to people in life, but always remember that you are fated to meet different people along your journey who will bring you different feelings of emotions.

  • Let go because the trust and loyalty isn’t there. Being loyal is a great quality. Don’t mix it up with oppression. Don’t take mistake willing to compromise the spirit of who you are and even your willingness to risk your emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual wellbeing, for loyalty and devotion. Loyalty, in the sense where we consistently communicate and establish our strong feelings of support, acknowledgement, care, trust, and respect. On both sides. Find someone with whom you can share your earnest secrets and you know that after walking away, his or her lips will remain tightly sealed. Find someone whose truthfulness will be unquestionable because his or her actions, rather than empty promises, bring you a peace of mind.

  • Let go because you are unclear of where things stand. Being with those vague people or relationship is puzzling because you don’t know what you mean to the person, if anything at all. If the person can’t make you feel as though you are that important, think a hundred times why you are letting someone to treat you this way. Engage to those people who won’t take advantage your kindness simply because he or she knows you are not going to leave them.

  • Let go if the friendship or relationship is damaging to you. There comes a point when he or she would put you down at every opportunity. Seeing you laughing and smiling, he or she would say something to bring you down. Seeing you making progress, he or she would try to hold you back. This issue of toxic friendships isn’t unusual. We all have these people in our lives that leave us feeling miserable and drained of energy. We must not allow ourselves to feel stuck and used to being treated far less well than we deserve. Respect yourself enough to be able to walk away.

  • Let go if you simply don’t see eye to eye. It is tough to make a relationship work if you can’t ever agree or see each other’s points of view. If the one thing you can agree on is that neither of you can agree, it might be time to walk away. In many friendships and relationships, people come together through unlikely chances, through their differences and lack of similarities. Therefore, it can work, but if you find that it’s a significant source of many of your arguments and tensions, end it now.

  • Let go if you’re the one fighting to make it work. It’s hard to let go of people because you become afraid to commit to any kind of certainty. However, letting go of people allows you to become stronger and braver. You will get past your fears of losing people. You’ll have to put yourself out there again and open yourself up to new people, but it will be okay. Find someone who makes you feel worthwhile and worthy. Find someone who fights to have you in his or her life. Find someone who knows how lucky he or she is to have you. Find someone who accepts everything you have done and will do. Don’t waste your time on anything less.

  • Let go if he or she doesn’t encourage you or believe in you. If you find that your relationship isn’t providing you with support, reflect on what the person is providing. You deserve someone who will be there to encourage you throughout your journey and believe in you maybe even more than you believe in yourself. If you choose to still hang around with bad friends, you can take comfort in the fact that they do make excellent teachers. That’s why it’s so important to forgive, love, and move on when you have to: We all deserve to be happy. We have the power to make it happen.

  • Let go if the relationship isn’t bringing you what you want and need. You’ll become more independent. Don’t ever allow someone to make you feel needy for wanting someone who will love, care and support you, someone who will listen and give you insightful advice, someone who wants the same things, someone you can trust and will be loyal to you, someone who believes so strongly in you and your capabilities. Just someone who makes you feel like you’re someone. You thought that you needed these people around. You relied and depended on them when you could. However, it’s time to let them go. It’s hard but you should do it because you will learn to stand on your own two feet. They were there to help you learn, but now you have to learn self-independence.

In this article, you will learn that it’s really a must to find friends that accept you and show good intentions. No matter who you meet, be yourself. In order for someone to be loved, they have to give their all to someone else. They have to be willing to accept their flaws, present them to their partner, and know that their partner will accept them too.

Both people must do their part to grow the relationship. Only then will both of you be satisfied with the relationship you have built.

How Do You Dispel Negative Energy From Other People?

How Do You Dispel Negative Energy From Other People?
- Some Quick Tips to Protect Yourself -

Are you an emotionally sensitive person? An empath perhaps?

For those people who are extremely sensitive and who can be highly emotional may want to place protective rainbow layers around themselves, because empaths are likely to experience the world through the metaphysical receptors of their hearts, which can be challenging and emotionally heavy or painful; picking up and absorbing energy everywhere they go, which is why it is very essential for them to have strong boundaries of protection. It is absolutely important for those who are empathic to envision a positive energy at all times as a psychic shield.

Most people want to attain a state of mind in which we control our own emotions. This is what we call, emotional freedom. Sometimes we feel negative emotions such as anger, fear, depression, etc. From an active outlook, these can originate from several sources. What you are feeling may be your own, or it may be from someone else's or a combination. These are a type of energy that can be transferred from one person to another and you can possibly get these energies without noticing it.

To disengage yourself from unwanted negative emotions, here are some strategies that you could apply:

  • First, ask yourself: Is the sudden change in emotion mine or from others? It could be both. Try to locate the source of that feeling. For instance, you went to a concert, you were loud and happy yet you came home feeling sad and blue. Could be exhaustion brought by the high-energy felt from the concert or you may have picked up the low-energy of the people beside you. It's quite intriguing how our energy fields connects with everything around us.

  • Distance yourself from the alleged source. Change course at least twenty feet away and for a few minutes, assess yourself if you are already okay. In a public place, don’t hesitate to change place if you are not comfortable with the people near you.

  • For a few minutes, focus yourself by absorbing on your breath that connects your inner peace. Keep exhaling negativity and inhale serenely with calmness. This helps you relieve and get rid of fear or other difficult emotions.

  • Practice loving-kindness meditation to release stress. It’s comforting and builds a sense of safety and cheerfulness.

  • Protect yourself.  Block those negativities or physical discomfort but allow those positive emotions to flow through you.

  • Be attached to those people with positive outlook and handle such situations positively. Call a friend that has a good influence in you. Spend time with a colleague who upholds positivity. Listen to optimistic people. Hope is contagious and it will boost your mood.

  • Take a cold shower and visualize the water washing away those negative energies. This is another form of energy cleansing.

  •  Meditate regularly.

Meditation can also be very helpful for getting focused within yourself and getting to know what is going on within you. The most interesting thing about evolving and improving empathic abilities is learning to distinguish between what feelings, sensations and emotions are yours, and what belongs to someone or something else.

Follow these strategies and make it a habit. It will help you to understand that everything takes time and you have to keep going. It’s natural to encounter problems in the beginning, but these difficulties will make you a more positive person as you move forward.

The Effects Of Negative Emotions On Our Health

 Visit Our Website

The Effects Of Negative Emotions On Our Health

Much of our emotional experiences consists of negative feelings that, even though we try to control or hold them down, they hammer through, blustering through the brain, affecting us and we tend to think there is nothing we can do. It produces negative thoughts, feelings and emotions. It disables us to have the positive frame of mind with what we say and do.

The negativities we absorb would become emotional blockages, becoming our worst inner-enemies, clotting our minds, keeping us from seeing and responding clearly. In other words, they weaken our capacity to live our lives to the fullest. Negative emotions are a disturbing annoyance for anyone.

We also recognized anxiety. Anxiety is a curable condition. There are times you feel like everything is out of your control, and definitely severe anxiety is not easy to treat in the sense that you are not going to be able to quickly relieve all anxiety at once. But all anxieties are probable to be treated, provided you are willing to strive for help, avoid mistakes, and create smart decisions, and it all depends on how much you are willing to relieve yourself from those very bad anxiety attacks.

Even dark emotions that fuel the anxiety fire further, which are garnered by painful experiences, could lead people to dangerous levels of psychosis and this just shows how dark thoughts alone can lead to immense suffering. Buddhist meditation would tackle the issues of anxiety differently. It modifies your relationship to your emotions more than the emotions themselves. It permits you to see mood instabilities, moment to moment, so that you can sail across and around them. The approach appears to be effective. According to a psychologist Zindel Segal, meditation successfully prevented weakening of depression in patients who have had histories of frequent mood disorder.

Through meditation, you become aware with the way emotions arise, how they can either overcome your mind or disappear without making an impact. Some people become more calm than others because of yoga and mindful meditation sessions. Some ideas include nutrition, exercise, and meditation, enjoying privacy or even aromatherapy.

Try these ideas on how to achieve tranquility for you to become more calm and a much happier person:

SELF-LOVING – Always remind yourself frequently that it is tolerable to love and trust your self. Talk quietly to yourself. When you feel down and hear negative things about you, remind yourself that what matters is that you deserve respect and that such negative talk does not have a place in your life. Remember that everyone makes mistakes and know how treasured you are. Tell yourself daily of the good virtues, strengths and beauty that you bring into this complicated world.

CALM DOWN YOURSELF- If you are having a conflict with someone, find healthy ways to immediately release the feelings that you have. Don’t bear grudges when you are angry. Being more open and good about telling people how you really feel when you feel that way is a good start. If you can't do that, try singing out loud or in your head; any song that you always enjoy. This is a good option when you are really mad and you need to calm yourself down.

MEDITATE - Meditation is a good way to relaxing one’s mind and thoughts, it is where you find yourself in a peaceful place to sit down and turn to your thoughts privately, to the quietest corner of your mind. Try to focus on the natural sounds around you and let all your doubts and fears flow out of your mind.

LISTEN TO MUSIC - Music has a very soothing effect on how we think. If you're having a hard time calming down, try some calming music. Avoid music with loud sounds or fast tempos, even if it's music you really like, because this music can actually add to your stress. Just listen to mellow music when you are trying to calm down your mind.

EXERCISE REGULARLY - Let’s work out our energy and tension, letting us to soothe our minds expressively. It also makes us healthier and feels better generally. You don't have to lift weights or anything that will make you uncomfortable. Just do some squats and take a quick jog around the block.

The ability to manage your emotions and have a positive outlook is a good way to know yourself even more when you are under pressure. If you are in a nerve-racking situation and feel the need to be at ease, just simply divert your attention from the problem or take ten seconds to breathe deeply and let all the feelings sink in, before you can regret anything and think of happy thoughts.

If you try to calm your mind, listen to our Calm Music: Most Relaxing Music, New Age for Meditation,Yoga,Massage & Deep Sleep binaural beat music track and surely you will feel better as ever.

What is Loving-Kindness Meditation?

 Visit Our Website

What is Loving-Kindness Meditation?

Loving-kindness meditation is a method of growing compassion. It is a tradition of a Buddhist, and it is getting used by everyone, regardless of religion.  Loving-kindness meditation is about cultivating love. This is a meditation of sympathy, compassion and friendship. It is a feeling of sincerity for oneself and others. The practice is the relaxing of the mind and heart, an opening to deeper levels of the feeling of kindness, of pure love. Loving kindness is not a sentimental feeling of goodwill, not an obligation. It does not depend on relationships, on how the other person feels about us. It is about relaxing one’s mind, breaking down barriers that we feel concerning ourselves, and then those that we feel toward others.

The practice of loving kindness or goodwill meditation is an excellent tool for breaking negativities as well as restoring humanity and kindness when your mind feels like a battlefield. The benefit is that you re-train your mind to let go of stress far more easily when the mind is more calm and happy and come up with mutually beneficial solutions to challenges you may be facing. The significance of the practice of goodwill meditation is simply that it can train our emotions and develop the mind to being wiser and responsible with our actions.

To do Loving–Kindness or Goodwill Meditation, you can try these simple practices:
  • Position yourself in a quiet and peaceful place to meditate. Be fully aware of your body and your surroundings
  • Relax each muscle as you bring awareness to it
  • Focus your awareness within your heart, feel and acknowledge what emotions are present, smile, and see what happens.
  • Pay attention to your thoughts. Are they worrisome? Stressful serious? Are you depressed? Happy? Your thoughts can give you a hint to how you are really feeling.
  • Just remember that whatever emotions you are feeling (good, bad, or even neutral) is perfectly fine. You can work with those emotions, and you can only start from where you are in the present.
  • Be patient always as you try to find out how you are feeling deep inside.
  • Just think more of relaxing into an awareness of what is already there.
  • Quietly bring yourself back to the outside world
Buddhists believe that those who nurture benevolence will be at ease. Buddhist teachers recommend meditation on goodwill as a remedy to insomnia and nightmares. It is normally felt with people who are full of compassion and will likely feel more comfortable and happy too. Cultivating compassion contributes a world of love, peace and happiness.

Meditation on benevolence is considered a virtuous way to calm down a distressed mind and an antidote to anger. Someone who has fostered goodwill will not be easily infuriated and can quickly suppress anger that arises into being more caring, more loving, and more likely to love unconditionally to one’s self and to others.

SPIRITUAL ENLIGHTENMENT: How Did The Spiritual Journey Begin For You?

SPIRITUAL ENLIGHTENMENT:
How Did The Spiritual Journey Begin For You?

“And those who were seen dancing were thought to be insane by those who could not hear the music.”
– Friedrich Nietzsche

Can you talk to your friends about the universe? Do they know what a star gate or chakra is? Are they willing to talk about ascension or spiritual enlightenment?

When you talk to people about the myths, they tend to remain inside the box with a belief system that supports religion’s story of creation. If you raise questions about our true origins, it tends to separate people and relationships between those who think outside the box versus those who think inside the box. When these topics arise within relationships, they often create disagreements. It’s hard for anyone to admit they’ve been deceived for so long and even more difficult to admit they were possibly wrong in their assumptions.

A spiritual awakening is almost always triggered by a severe emotional or spiritual crisis. It oftentimes organically grows out of unresolved abuse issues from childhood. In a spiritual occurrence, you mysteriously discover how to convert these symptoms and wounds into the blessings that they are.

Lots of people are seeking inner peace, awakening spiritually for more than is available in this material world. From an ego perspective, our thoughts are basically nurtured by what we’ve learned from our family, friends, educational systems and religious beliefs, but what have we truly been taught? What can we say about anything that wasn’t brought up to us by someone else?

That’s how it starts, with a doctor’s visit, or a book in your hands. The spiritual journey often begins from humble origins, and nobody can foresee where the path with take you, who you’ll encounter, or the place you’ll end up. But if anything, the spiritual journey is a willingness to explore inward, listen to the inner voice, and surrender to the flow of life.

These are some signs in awakening your higher self:

  • A desire in finding yourself, change your social group, behavior, job and etc. Sudden extreme sensitivity to people or crowds. You may find that your once sociable nature suddenly disappears and you simply cannot bear to be with certain friends, family members, colleagues, or coworkers.
  • Sudden strange panic or anxiety attacks occurring at any time with no valid reason. A feeling that something has changed within you.
  • Extreme sensitivity to mobile and digital phones, laptops, computers, wireless routers, and all microwave technology, as well as certain types of lighting.
  • Dizziness, balance problems, and feeling dreamy which maybe caused by being in higher states of consciousness.
  • Sudden cravings for foods and beverages you have not wanted or eaten for years or since childhood. This helps us to release memories of stored trauma, or connects us to a pleasant memory which creates a momentary shift in our consciousness to enable a release to take place.
  • Thinking of someone and immediately hearing from them. Having sudden insights about patterns or events from the past. Divining, out-of-body experiences, and other psychic phenomena. Intensified sensitivity and knowing. Awareness of one’s essence and that of others. Channeling angelic and Christ-consciousness energies.
  • A direct experience of this Wholeness. Transcendent awareness. Being flooded with compassion and love for all life. Compassionate detachment or unconditional love for all is what lifts us up to higher levels of consciousness and joy.

More than ever before, the idea that we can have a relationship that matches who we are seems more desirable.

In time, spirituality will be the main frame of mind and it’s likely that those who have strayed from us will be the first in line to ask for help in adjusting to the new paradigm.

Always remember this:  You are not alone!  Those who truly love you will stand by you, no matter what.  Those people who are no longer part of our lives have already played their role in helping us find out who we truly are.  Sometimes, it takes polarity to be able to differentiate who we are and where we’re going.  This is where the unawakened help by providing that contrast which allows us to see the differences.

Envision each awakened person across the planet holding a candle.  While your individual candle may not seem like a lot of light, it greatly contributes to making the world full of light and keeps us connected, no matter how far apart we may be.  While it may be painful to lose some dear friends, think about what they have brought to your life and why.

Chances are, you’ll end a few old relationships with people who were, at one time, very close to you, only to create new relationships with like-minded people.  Forgive yourself, as well as your friends, if you feel badly about this.  They came into your life for a reason a season or a lifetime.
