What To Do To Change For The Better

Many people find themselves stuck in a place in their life wherein they feel like they don’t know what to do, or worse, that where they are at this moment is a bad place. But while most may succumb to the despair of these negative situations, looking at it from a different point of view, it may be a catalyst for bigger and better things, especially when despite how hard things are, there is still an internal calling to grow. When this happens, it may be time to take action to make things change for the better!

The Signs
There are many signs that we can look out for to see if it is time for a change for the better. Here are some:

  1. There is an internal sadness or general discomfort about your life – this is a general sign that will often be the first. When we feel that we are sad or uncomfortable despite everything we have done or are doing with our lives. This can come from anywhere and at anytime, and is usually a signal that there is a higher calling than what you are doing right now.
  2. There is a feeling of being alone despite having “friends” and “colleagues” around – tied in to #1, this happens when the mind subconsciously decides that the people you surround yourself with are not really the people your soul is meant to be with. Perhaps it is searching for more like minded and like-souled individuals, hence a calling for change.
  3. You feel misunderstood and out of place – conversations with friends and colleagues don’t turn out the same as before, and you feel like you are an outcast because of your ideas or beliefs.
  4. Accomplishments don’t feel like victories – usually tied in with work or career, accomplishing bottomlines and goals don’t feel the same as they used to, and in fact make you even sadder and more disappointed.
  5. There is general feeling of unsatisfaction – everything from the things you have to the money in your bank account, whether too much or enough, isn’t giving you joy anymore.
Usually when any or all of these are felt, it is the universe calling for us to change, perhaps to find our true purpose in life, or to simply have a change in mindset.

Enjoy the benefits of meditation in just 15 minutes!
The Process

To be able to start the road to changing for the better, here are some of the steps that you need to accept or accomplish:
  1. Accept what you are feeling as truths – sometimes it is difficult to accept what we feel as truth, rather than just a fleeting emotion. Accepting is the first step to open yourself up for true change.
  2.  List down what you truly feel and want in life – it is important to have a roadmap for what you truly want in life. When you take this step, don’t doubt, just list the things that your know deep in your heart you desire the most, not out of some superficial wanting, but because it is truly what your life is for.
  3. Let go of the old – the old ways, the old things that don’t work in your life, the old things that cause sadness and doubt, prepare to let these things go, despite being attached to them after many years.
  4. START – this is the most important step. To actually take the leap of faith and begin your new journey for changing for the better. Whether this is a new career move, letting go of relationships, or simply taking the plunge and totally changing, this is it.
  5. Observe and check yourself without judgment -  letting go of the old and engaging in the new without judging yourself for any mistakes you may make is important. You are in the process of recreating yourself at this point, and know that this is all part of the re-learning process of the new things you will engage in.
  6. Don’t fall back to the old – sometimes in the process of change, you will be tempted to fall back to the old ways. Remember that you discarded them for a reason, and while it might seem safe and comforting at the start, dwelling on the old will not help you move forward.
  7. Surround yourself with the right people – it is important to find a support system to be able to push you to your goal of change. Being with the old crowd that made you feel different and unaccepted is not going to help. Find people with the same goals as you and thrive!
  8.  Feel the passion and love – relish in the passion and love for yourself and the new changes you are going through. This is what will push you even further, as, especially in the beginning, when everything is shaky and uncertain, it is your passion and love for yourself and your own well-being that will propel you forward, to change for the better!
To help you start your change for the better, listen to this binaural beats track for reflection and meditation.

    What Is a Light Worker/Warrior?

Have you ever had the urge to simply get up and try to help others, even without any beckoning? Have you felt so much empathy and affinity with the creatures and people around you, their plights and their troubles, and have had the strongest pull to try and help? Have you ever experienced simply feeling an overwhelming sense of duty to try and help others, heal the sick and weary, and do what you can to change the world for the better, despite your material and financial limitations? If so, you may be a Light Worker or a Light Warrior.

    What are Light Workers/Warriors?

Light Workers/Warriors are beings born of this earth, (some say who volunteered before birth, others say who are born with the duty) to help Earth, its denizens, and its elements heal and recover from the effects of evil, fear, and destruction. It is said everyone is born a Light Worker/Warrior, but as we grow up, with the materialistic focus of “real life” taking its hold, our divine and sacred purpose is slowly forgotten, and with it, the abilities to heal and change the world for the better. When Light Workers/Warriors forget their true selves, but are on the brink of remembering, they feel lost, afraid, and without a sense of purpose, except for a distinctive pull to be a positive force.

What is the difference between a Worker and a Warrior?

A Light Worker and a Light Warrior are the same, except for one key element: Light Warriors fight. No, not fight skeptics over the internet, not go to war with some foreign power, not fight crime as a superhero (although there are Light Warriors who end up being soldiers and law enforcement officers as part of their duty to change the world for the better.) No, Light Warriors are fighters of a different kind. Say, while Light Workers help others be sheltered from fear and darkness, Light Warriors help those people fight fear and engage the dark. The difference is the subtle ways in which they bring the light to the world, although they are very well the same.
Both the Light Worker and the Light Warrior use the same tools and weapons: Love, Peace, Forgiveness, Purity, Understanding, Hope, Faith, and so on. It is in their methods that the two vary, as mentioned earlier.
Enjoy the benefits of meditation in just 15 minutes!
What are the signs of being a Light Worker or Warrior?

This simple checklist will tell you if you are on the verge of awakening into your true Light Worker or Warrior self:
1.)    Do you feel compelled to heal and help others in their times of need?
2.)    Do you want to take on the problems of the world, whether environmental, social, economical, or political, even if it feels like it is too much to handle?
3.)    Have you had any recent mystical experiences like seeing angels or having visions?
4.)    Do you believe that spiritual tools and methods work, and provide healing and positivity to others?
5.)    Do you feel compelled to share your experiences to others, and want to awaken other Workers and Warriors?
6.)    Do you feel the urgent need to ACT NOW?
If so, congratulations, you are about to awaken into your Light Worker or Warrior self! Do not resist the calling. Do not give in to fear. Regardless of how hard it might be, be in touch with your Divine Purpose.

    What’s Next?

If you discover yourself awakened to your Divine Purpose, the next step is to simply… act! Let the inner voice, touched by the Divine, guide you, push you to act and change the world according to its plan. But remember: changing the world for the better can be done many different ways. Do not lose hope that you are doing just the simple and easy things, rather than doing massive global change. Each effort is important, and yours is just as!

Unleash your inner Light Worker with this binaural beats track for positivity!

A potent stimuli for mind and body healing, the 10Hz binaural beat used with the carrier frequency of 360Hz creates a combination for balance across our entire physical and emotional being. The binaural beat used can also lower blood pressure and focuses on our heart and circulatory system. The effects we derive from the music created gives us an important outlook on love for life and love for self and for others. Enjoy as you relax and listen with good intentions of bringing balance to your health.

    Meditation Improves Business Productivity

Many people often associate meditation with spirituality, finding inner peace and achieving nirvana, and only done by those following a certain religion, or a practitioner of a far-eastern martial art. It is so old fashioned, that it’s something that no one in the modern world has time for, right? Well that couldn’t be further from the truth, because science has shown that meditation has its place in modern society, and one such place is, as we will be discussing, so unlikely that those not in the know might not even expect it: Business.

    What is meditation?

Depending on your source, meditation may have different meanings. But each has one thing in common. Meditation is a state of mind wherein it is emptied of whatever may trouble or disturb you, to pause and be at peace with oneself and be calm. Contrary to popular belief, meditation is not an action: it is a state of mind and awareness; often we can see someone trimming some plants, doing calligraphy, or some other similar act, and still be meditating just the same as someone who is in a lotus position in a garden. But the latter is the common image and way of performing meditation.

How does it help me in business/work?

The main benefits of meditation for business, both for employer and employee are very valuable. In fact, meditation, as it was discovered by the Harvard Business School, and INSEAD, Europe’s top business school, is one of the two most effective business tools for executives and employees (the other being intuition.) Meditation affects the individual, going up to the team, and all the way to the entire business organization, all the while positively influencing each branch to bring overall results.

Meditation actually helps solve the four key components for a successful business, namely:

    1. Coming up with, and adhering to a clear vision of the business’ goals
    2. To be inspired and innovative in the way they provide their product or service to the market
    3. Proper leadership
    4. Solid teamwork

And it does so by doing the following:

    Benefits of meditation

    1. Stress relief – one of the things that can bog down a person’s productivity the most is stress. Stress caused by overworking, or anxiety about deadlines, can compound the problems further, bogging down the business engine even more. And stress can actually affect the person physically, causing loss of energy, slower thinking, and even other health issues. Meditation relieves stress and rejuvenates the mind to be able to do what needs to be done.
    2. Improved focus and creativity – stress in work is caused by many things, and one of these is being unable to solve problems. Meditation helps this by calming the mind down, emptying it of unnecessary thoughts, and allowing the person to be mentally and emotionally well enough to focus on the problems at hand. Being creative allows the members of the business to be able to solve problems faster and more efficiently, leading to success which will provide boosts in morale and lead to even more solutions being thought of.
    3. Better mental and physical health – the rigors of work and the stress that it causes can affect a person’s mental and physical well-being, from anxiety and insomnia to heart ailments and complications. Some employees have even been known to develop clinical depression! This can cause problems at work ranging from inability to achieve targets, to absences, to bad relationships with co-workers, which all lead to loss of productivity. Meditation calms the mind down, resets the heart rate to a healthier level, and reduces the risks of physical and mental problems.
    4. Better employee teamwork and relationships – staff members who meditate, whether individually or together, become more calm and easier to work with, due to their relaxed, peaceful state. This leads to better teamwork, which is critical in any business venture. Not only that, a good demeanor leads to people respecting each other better, with employers being able to trust their employees and employees being more motivated to deliver for their employers.

    What’s the science behind this?

Some may think that this is nothing more than some new-age idea embraced by some businesses as a fad. But rest assured that, if big companies like Google use it, there is a science behind it. And there is!

Our previous blog posts talked about brainwave patterns and the benefits of brainwave therapy like binaural beats. There’re Alpha Waves, which govern the brain’s cognitive, creative, and problem solving abilities, Beta Waves, which govern the brain’s focus, fight or flight response, and logic, and Delta Waves, which control the body’s healing capabilities and involuntary processes (like heart rate and breathing.)

Being able to produce the said brainwaves in the right amounts and right combinations will allow the mind to reap all of its benefits, and one way to do this is… yes, meditation.

    Basics of meditation

There are many ways to meditate, and we will discuss the different methods in a future post soon, but for now, here are some basics to get you started.

First, find a plane surface you can sit straight on. Close your eyes, try to relax, and breathe slowly, in and out. To help empty your mind, focus on your own breathing, and nothing else. If you get distracted or are unable to focus, block it out, and keep your focus on your breathing. Do this for as long as needed until you feel better and relieved.

To increase your chances of being able to focus, the venue is important. If you have your own office at work, lock the doors, put a no disturb sign, close the blinds, and sit on the floor. If you don’t, find a room in the workplace where you can be alone, and do the same. If you’re a business owner, devoting a room for meditation can help your employees do this.

And finally, using binaural beats for meditation to motivate and success definitely helps. Try to listen to this track and it will definitely make you more relaxed and focused on your meditation.

30 Things to Start Doing for Yourself Right Now

All of us want to live with independence, happiness and love and be able to solve problems easily. Think positively and make happiness as your top priority.

    How can we do this?

Here are the 30 things you need to consider in order to have a better, happier and successful life:

    1. Start spending time with the right people. – Be around people who can push, challenge and inspire you for better. Connect to those people who see life positively.

    2. Start facing your problems head on. – The best way to escape your problem is to face them. You can seek others people’s advice on what to do and what they did in similar situations like yours. You don’t have to solve every problem on your own and sometimes it feels better to have someone by your side, even if it is just for emotional support.

    3. Start being honest with yourself about everything. – Have you been lying to yourself and is it time to start making happiness in the way that only you can? You can decide to be brave, stop lying and start being the person you know you want to be in thoughts, words, and actions. Sometimes, people try to hide who they truly are by trying to be normal and fit in with the crowd. To be honest with others about who you are in this world, you must first be honest with yourself.

    4. Start making your own happiness a priority. – It’s not selfish to love yourself. Being aware of how we speak of ourselves is important to consider. If you are not happy right now, change your course and make a progress in yourself! Change your perspective and everything will fall into place. Always value your feelings and focus on yourself. The more you listen to yourself, the more successful you will be in finding your own answers.

    5. Start being yourself, genuinely and proudly. – Self-confidence is the first step to happiness. Embrace that individual inside of you that has ideas, strengths and beauty like no one else. Never forget how lucky you are to be you. Be grateful. Be generous for those who are in need, and always say “thank you”.

    6. Start noticing and living in the present. – Always remember that your present situation is not your final destination. The best is yet to come. Leave the past behind and start a new and happy life with your love ones.

    7. Start valuing the lessons your mistakes teach you. – Experience is the best teacher. If you accept and embrace change, you will start looking for and finding lessons in it. Always see the positive side and choose a positive state of mind. Fight against self-destructions and concentrate on self-realizations.

    8. Start being more polite to yourself. – Being polite can mean being dishonest, deceiving or even lying.  You have almost definitely been guilty of this at some point in your life and the chances are that you will recognize it in yourself as a regular manifestation. You must love who you are or no one else will.

    9. Start enjoying the things you already have. – Always be content with what you have. Be thankful for the things like food, shelter, family, friends, and a stable job are all that's truly needed. Be yourself because you are amazing just the way you are. Be proud of what you have, it will empower you to be the best.

    10. Start creating your own happiness. – Happiness is within your control and a responsibility at the same time. Find something that will make you happy and do it every day. Feel good about yourself every day and make it a habit.

    11. Start giving your ideas and dreams a chance. – Give your dream a chance to live! Cultivate it daily with determination, inspiration, and creativity. Nourish it with passion, faith, patience, and positive expectation. Allow it to grow by surrounding yourself with people who are doing things with their lives, and who believe in working hard to make things happen.

    12. Start believing that you’re ready for the next step. – Accept and be happy with the opportunities that come your way, and accept the challenges positively. It will help you grow and be a better person.

    13. Start entering new relationships for the right reasons. – Choose peers you are proud to know, people you admire, who show you love and respect. Look forward to what people do, because a person’s actions are much more important than their words or how others represent them.

    14. Start giving new people you meet a chance. – Everyone deserves a chance to express themselves. Like everyone said, the fair thing to do is give every new dish its own chance to impress us, the same goes with life, especially our relationship towards others.

    15. Start competing against an earlier version of yourself. – Renew yourself for a better you. Be inspired by others, appreciate others, learn from others, but know that competing against them is a waste of time.

    16. Start cheering for other people’s victories. – Appreciate other people’s success and be thankful on what you are right now. Don’t be envious if others get better job than you. Instead, be happy for them and strive for your best to succeed.

    17. Start looking for the silver lining in tough situations. – Always believe in yourself. Be brave at all times. If you’re feeling down, have courage and seek for guidance to lead you to a better direction.

    18. Start forgiving yourself and others. – Show compassion to yourself. If you want to live a long and happy life, you must forgive the unforgivable. This is the kindest thing you can do for yourself. Your enemy may not deserve to be forgiven for all the pain and sadness and suffering decisively caused on your life, but you deserve to be free and be happy. So learn to balance trust and wisdom.

    19. Start helping those around you. – Care about people. Guide them if you know a better way. The more you help others, the more they will want to help you. Be generous to other people. Love is giving.

    20. Start listening to your own inner voice. – If it helps, discuss your ideas with those closest to you, but give yourself enough room to follow your own intuition. Be true to yourself. Say what you need to say. Do what you know in your heart is right.

    21. Start being attentive to your stress level and take short breaks. – Take a deep breath and slow down your emotions. Meditate. Find your inner peace and it will help you gained courage and wisdom.

    22. Start noticing the beauty of small moments. – Instead of waiting for the big things to happen — marriage, kids, big promotion, winning the lottery — find happiness in the small things that happen every day.  Little things like having a quiet cup of coffee in the early morning, or the delicious taste and smell of a homemade meal, or the pleasure of sharing something you enjoy with someone else, or holding hands with your partner.  Noticing these small pleasures on a daily basis makes a big difference in the quality of your life.

    23. Start accepting things when they are less than perfect. – It’s better to accept and appreciate the world as it is, and people as they are, rather than to trying to make everything and everyone conform to an impossible ideal.  Learn to love and value things when they are less than perfect.

    24. Start working toward your goals every single day. – Always dream for your future. Inspire yourself with a person who believes in you. Goal setting is the key to success. Stand up for yourself and have courage to fight those uncertainties.

    25. Start being more open about how you feel. – If you’re hurting, give yourself the necessary space and time to hurt, but be open about it. Talk to those closest to you. Tell them the truth about how you feel. Let them listen.  The simple act of getting things off your chest and into the open is your first step toward feeling good again.

    26. Start taking full accountability for your own life. – An alternative way to think about past mistakes is to admit them for what they are. We are all born with no idea about life or the way to keep ourselves happy. As we get older we learn from experiences and change our strategies for living. Part of this experience is that we make inevitable mistakes. It’s part of being human.

    27. Start actively nurturing your most important relationships. – You don’t need a certain number of friends, just a number of friends you can be certain of. Connect with those people who are kind and accepts you for who you are. Stay blessed with them and be thankful.

    28. Start concentrating on the things you can control. – You can’t change everything, but you can always change something.  Wasting your time, talent and emotional energy on things that are beyond your control is a recipe for frustration, misery and stagnation.  Invest your energy in the things you can control, and act on them now.

    29. Start focusing on the possibility of positive outcomes. – You can’t control everything that happens to you, but you can control how you react to things.  Everyone’s life has positive and negative aspects whether or not you’re happy and successful in the long run depends greatly on which aspects you focus on.

    30. Start noticing how wealthy you are right now. – When times are tough, it’s always important to keep things in perspective.  Be grateful for all the things that you have. Be thankful and be blessed.

Transformation to Wholeness of Self-Being through Sound Therapy

    "Everything is consciousness."
    -- DR. FRED WOLF

More than 200 years, researchers have been validating the connections of sound and vibrations on physical form. According to experts, sound waves generate visible structures.

During profound peaceful states of the mind, which are naturally achieved during meditative phases, the body’s natural healing process is profoundly supported. The sound and resulting vibrations generated by the gongs and singing bowls stimulate the theta brain frequencies that are commonly associated with deeper states of meditation. Heart and respiratory rates slow down, creating a favorable healing effect upon the body’s entire system. During a gong session stress is being released and a restoration of the body’s natural equilibrium is made possible.

Solfeggio frequencies, isochronic and binaural tones are some motivating ways to escape from self-destruction. Vibration touches every part of our physical being, then we understand that sound is heard not only through our ears but through our bones and our skin, basically through every cell in our bodies. Sound & music are nutrients for the nervous system. The auditory mechanism is a mega-portal to the brain and sonic tools empower health, learning and productivity.

Solfeggio Frequencies. Every vibration has its own frequency. By exposing the mind and body to the Solfeggio frequencies, you can easily reach greater sense of balance and deep healing. Through this, it will align you with the rhythms and tones that form the basis of the Universe. This is proven effective in turning grief to joy, undoing situations and facilitating change, repairing DNA, connecting with spiritual family and understanding relationships, becoming more expressive to solve problem situations, and finally, awakening intuition to return to spiritual order.

Isochronic Tones encourage brainwave frequencies to fall into step with a frequency corresponding to the intended brain-state. Isochronic tones work by emitting sound at regular intervals. This excites the thalamus and causes the brain to duplicate the frequency of the Isochronic tones, changing its thought patterns. This pattern cannot be missed from the brain as this can happen in some cases with binaural beats. The imprint that isochronics leave to the brain is very clear and strong. This technology can alter your brainwaves very fast, faster than binaural beats. Isochronic brainwave entrainment is suggested as a fast way to change your mind’s operation.

Binaural Tones. Introducing a binaural beat will cause the brain to begin resonating in tune with that beat. This is becoming one of the most popular tools for personal and spiritual development, reaching altered states of consciousness, and having experiences that are out of this world. This technique can be used to quickly and easily guide your mind into any state. Binaural beats stimulates your brain by sending special auditory artifacts directly into your headphones to produce subtle changes in behavior through entrainment of brainwaves frequency. Deep states of meditation, a great night’s sleep, vivid dreams, out-of-body experiences, enhanced physical abilities, creative insights, and other states associated with specific brainwave frequencies are all things that can be experienced on demand using these powerful tools.

The goal in all healing, meditative, spiritual and transformational pursuits is to raise an individuals’ vibratory frequency, and thereby changing a person’s nature of being, restoring the intrinsic state of balance as cells can only be in one mode or another growth or protection. We could possibly derived that the process of transformation to wholeness begins with a heightened state of awareness and consciousness. Whatever is coming your way is doing so in response to the vibrations that you are offering due to the thoughts you are thinking.
We truly hope that this Solfeggio meditation music will absolutely relaxes you, and then begin to heal and repair your body.

Try this captivating sound using the Solfeggio Frequency Harmonics of 528Hz for DNA Repair:

Use it on a regular basis see how you feel afterwards. We can imagine you will feel better for it.

How to Stop the Nightmares and Bad Dreams

The conscious mind needs to be "turned off" for sleep and dreams to occur. Dreams contain very important messages, even bad dreams or nightmares. When you understand the hidden messages of the unconscious mind, you understand the mistakes you are making. You also learn how to correct these mistakes and do only what is positive for you. Nightmares can be extremely unpleasant, causing fear and anxiety and affecting quality of your sleep. This can lead to physical tiredness and mental stress.

Dreams occur with specific brain waves and images and thoughts different from the normal waking state, so the dream state is usually thought of as a product of the subconscious mind. Images from the present and past are combined in ways experienced as illogical, and the dreamer is usually unable to move so that the dreams are not converted to motion.

Here are the some tips that aimed at cultivating a healthier sleep and dream life.

    1. Learn to relax.

Various techniques, tapes, music and supplements are available to promote relaxation. The hemi-sync tapes or CDs can be very useful in learning relaxation. Medication can provide assistance in difficult cases and then can be phased out as new skills are learned.

    2. Inhibit intrusive negative imagery and promote positive imagery.

Positive imagery techniques include developing and practicing thoughts/images of "special places" which are beautiful, safe and comfortable. After these techniques are learned and practiced they can be used to counter the negative images from trauma dreams.

    3. Change dream scenarios into more positive and productive dramas.

Imagery rehearsal treatment is a type of cognitive therapy which has been found very effective in reducing nightmares in insomnia patients. The individual is encouraged to change the dream story in any way that seems right to them, starting with practice on their less intense bad dreams. Practice during the day is also necessary to learn the skills involved in re-scripting dreams. The middle and end of the dream should be changed to make it more positive or acceptable. Because bad dreams are repetitive it is best to write down the new dream script and practice it for short periods of time daily so it becomes a learned habit stronger than the old dream. Like for an example, if you are dreaming of a typhoon or tornado, the new dream could be that the weatherman announces there are no typhoon in the area and the dreamer looks outside to see the sun shining. A fantasy response could be that the dreamer becomes a superperson who fights the tornado and flings it back into the sky while crowds cheer. Pick a positive ending to a disturbing dream, write it down and then practice the new ending while you are awake.

    4. Avoid eating before bed.

Eating before bed can trigger nightmares, as food speeds up your metabolism and sends signals to your brain to become more active. Therefore, it's a good idea to cut out bedtime snacks, particularly those that are high in sugar.

    5. Get more physical exercise.

Tiring yourself out with physical exercise is a great way to improve your sleep. You can choose an activity that you enjoy whether it's running, strength training, dancing, rowing or rock climbing and work out 3 to 5 times a week. Schedule it for the morning if you can. Just don't exercise right before bed. It will leave you too amped up for sleep.

Your dreams will have a totally different meaning. They will reflect your progress, instead of reflecting your mistakes. You will be able to make very important future predictions after seeing meaningful dream warnings. Instead of dreaming about dangerous situations and bad events, you’ll see positive dream symbols, and learn many things you ignore.

Now... are you ready to step into the Dream World?
