How Can Orgasmic Meditation Improve Your Health and Relationship?

“Orgasm fundamentally roots our capacity for connection:
hormonally, emotionally, and spiritually”

-Nicole Daedone

Meditate your way to a better orgasm. Orgasmic Meditation makes it possible for anyone, man or woman, single or coupled, to harness the Power of Orgasm.

Sound too good to be true? We get that. After all, how can a practice of regularly stroking clit have such far reaching outcomes? Orgasmic Meditating is the use of mindfulness meditation with a focus on finger to genital contact. The act of “OM” involves a 15-minute session where a woman experiences simple meditative stroking of the upper left quadrant of the clitoris by her partner. Orgasmic Meditating is practiced in pairs, with the partner stroking the genitals of the other, and both focusing their attention on the sensation with the stated goal of developing connection and emotional resonance.

Complex, as is the way we experience life. Not accurately represented by society’s pornstar definition of how we are “supposed to” climax. The single most impactful power source we have, potent enough to bring about many kinds of change in our bodies, relationships, and lives. Capable of increasing your vitality, confidence, energy, intimacy, and more.

But how it benefits couples?

The focus of orgasmic meditation is on the female orgasm through delicate and careful stimulation of the clitoris. Both partners, however, can presumably share in the sensation and fulfillment. The finger of the partner becomes a sex organ. Orgasmic Meditating is a method that can help women overcome trauma, difficulties with orgasm, sexual pain, sexual dysfunction and help improve barriers to sexual satisfaction with her partner.

Orgasmic Meditating is a mindfulness practice that strengthens the mind-body connection while slowing down sex and improving intimacy with couples. This is because the mindfulness meditation of “OM” brings about a different default brain state. There are many structures in the brain that are activated during orgasm which result in the release of two important “feel-good” chemicals, dopamine and oxytocin. Orgasm induced by partner-stimulation correlates with decreased blood flow to the frontal cortex of the brain, and self-stimulation creates an increase in frontal cortex activation. The major difference between the two is that with a partner in control, the woman is able to take the frontal cortex out of the sequence and “go involuntary” which allows the autonomic nervous system to stimulate the limbic system and produce a greater flow of oxytocin and dopamine as a result.

When it comes to a sexual relationship, achieving an extraordinary sex experience is like a dream come true, Orgasmic Meditation can help achieve it significantly. Performing OM more often results to affectionate and intense orgasms for women plus it flourishes one’s ability to be able to gain a better understanding of pleasure in sex. When done regularly, OM can also enhance both personal awareness and social connectivity.

Meditating together daily, or as often as possible, could make a big difference in the quality of your relationship. By practicing meditation, you're better able to be aware of thoughts and emotions in a way that allows you to be present, rather than reacting which can so often be impulsive, habitual, or destructive. Orgasmic Meditation can gain connection to yourself and desires. From deeper understanding of the woman, you will learn how to communicate the desires to men. Without attachment, its clean and honest. OM will teach you that surrender is true power and vulnerability is the only path to deeper intimacy.

Listen to our Powerful Raise Energy Vibration - Super Consciousness - for Love and Sexual Connection video. Think Orgasmic Meditation as a yoga for sex. It is amazing and interesting to achieve a satisfying experience when a man help her girl relax and learn to achieve a better orgasm.

How To Stay Happy in a Relationship - 10 Habits of Happy Couples

HOW TO STAY HAPPY IN A RELATIONSHIP:
10 Habits of Happy Couples

Forming a trusting and positive partnership takes effort and time.  The individuals in a relationship, as well as the marital relationship itself, go through stages and have the potential for continuous growth. This growth requires trust, commitment, skills, caring, reciprocity, and effort. Strong, healthy marriages do not just happen by chance. Rather, the spouses in such marriages have chosen to make the effort to make them strong, healthy, and satisfying.

But what does it take to be happy in a relationship?
If you’re working to improve your marriage, here are the 10 habits of happy couples.

1. Go to bed at the same time and start each day with a big hug. Happy couples resist the urge to go to bed at separate times even if it means that one of them gets up later to do some things. Remember when you were a new couple and how exciting it was to go to bed together at bedtime?

2. Improve common interests. If you love nature and spending quality of time with your partner, make it a habit to go walking. It is a mental decision that you make every day to go walking together. This promotes conversation, quality time, and exposure to fresh air. Once you establish this habit, your body will actually want to go walking. Walking with your partner also promotes good exercise. Decide with your partner how long and how often you would like to walk. The key factor is being on the same page and making sure that you make the mental decision to establish this habit together.

3. Building trust and forgiving. People are human, frail, and sinful. Therefore, you need a realistic type of trust when you choose to trust someone. Trusting grows in relationships over time because as you spend time together with someone you build knowledge, understanding and authenticity. You gain insight into another person’s character, needs, motivations and fears. Trusting another person requires a realistic perspective about people and an expectation of failure. Trust needs to be combined with a willingness to forgive and grows best in an environment of acceptance and love. The ability to forgive is rooted in being forgiven ourselves. When it comes to relationships there will always be disagreements, different opinions, and moments of frustration, and how we deal with this drama is crucial for relationship success. If we go through life holding onto resentment and cynicism, this negativity will build and build, ultimately leading to a relationship full of animosity. However, if we can learn to forgive others and let go of bitterness and insult, our relationships can actually improve. In fact, research reveals that forgiveness may be one of the more valuable attributes to maintaining a healthy relationship.

4. Reconnect throughout the day. We have such busy schedules that connecting with your partner throughout the day can be last priority, but if you want to have a happy, long-lasting relationship, reconnecting with your partner throughout the day is crucial. It can be as simple as sending a loving text during your lunch break or giving your partner a call on the way home. This habit is meant to keep the connection and focus with your partner. Even if you have a hectic schedule, you can still make the time to spend a text message or give your partner a phone call. Be creative. Think of ways that you can do to reconnect with your partner throughout the day.

5. Show your love every day. More "I love you"s are better than fewer. Three words that just never get old. You're seriously not going to say it too much. Appreciate your partner. It’s as simple as that. However you want to express appreciation in your relationship, do it. Do it every single day. When it comes to powerful habits of happy relationships, it’s about expressing your appreciation to your partner. This can be leaving a love note before going to work or bringing home flowers at the end of the love.

6. Do a “weather” check during the day. Call your partner at home or at work to see how his or her day is going. This is a great way to adjust expectations so that you’re more in sync when you connect after work. For instance, if your partner is having a dreadful day, it might be irrational to expect him or her to be enthusiastic about something good that happened to you.

7. Quality Time, Not Quantity. It doesn’t matter how much time you and your partner spend together. The most important part is about the quality of this time. There’s a huge difference between having dinner at a table while talking about your day at work, versus having dinner while sitting on a couch watching the latest episode of X Factor. It’s fine to zone out together and enjoy entertainments, but it’s crucial to make sure you two are still engaging and spending quality time together to maintain a deep connection. It’s all about quality over quantity.

8. Express your appreciation to your partner. Most of the time, we forget to let other people in our lives know that we appreciate them. We think it, but we don’t remember to show it. This occurs in our romantic relationships as well. Show your special someone that you love him or her. This could be done by words, cards, flowers, acts of kindness, or more. Remember, a flower a day keeps the relationship fights at bay. Maybe not every day, but you get the point.

9. Learn constant communication. It is one of the most important qualities in keeping a healthy relationship. However, not everyone knows how to communicate properly, or even communicate at all. Happy and healthy couples have their communication game down. They communicate the good and offering compliments to their partner. They also discuss the bad, instead of sweeping issues under the rug. In order to move forward and grow as a couple, you two need to be able to truly talk about your feelings. No matter how awkward or uncomfortable it feels, it will make for a long-lasting and fulfilling relationship.

10. Make time to reflect and meditate with your partner. To help maintain balance and harmony at home and in the workplace, meditation is an excellent tool to consider if you have an interest in cultivating a healthy mind, heart, body and spirit. As a stress reliever, meditation can help you slow down and relax, reflect and rejuvenate as one. It is an energy booster that focuses on the breath. Meditating together as a couple can be a viable solution to becoming one and is a great way to have fun together and can potentially enhance your love as a husband and wife.

Happy couples have different habits than unhappy couples. A habit is a discrete behavior that you do automatically and that takes little effort to maintain.

How to Get High. No Drugs Needed.

How to Get High. No Drugs Needed.

Did this article's title grab your attention? Good! We've listed below some ways for you to get "high" without the consumption of dangerous and addictive drugs. Think it's impossible? Think again. A lot of you don't even know that you are already feeling that natural high on a daily basis.

We take things for granted a lot, especially the little things that we do every day. Due to the high demands of our lifestyles, be it from work or school, or society, we find ourselves in a rush to get things done. This leaves us with feelings of stress, exhaustion and fatigue. What we end up with during our free time would be to catch up on our favorite TV shows, or play computer games, or go out to town for a night of drinking or splurging. Work hard, party harder, right?

Well, that kind of routine makes a person look at the world as a mundane experience. Deep inside you wish for some kind of other excitement to fill your soul. And this is where we will talk about the different ways you can get that Natural High and Raise your Vibration.

1. Meditate Daily
You don't need to be a master of meditation. The simple, basic forms of meditation done on a daily basis will give you wondrous results. The simplest form of meditation is for you to find a quiet spot, sit in a comfortable position, relax and close your eyes. Start by being aware of your surroundings. Of that itch on your leg. Be aware of your body and of your breathing. Get yourself used to taking in deep breaths, inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth. For simple meditations, you don't need to do it for a long time. Quieting your mind for at least five minutes is good. You can also take this opportunity to cleanse and activate your energy hotspots, or Chakras, in your body.

Meditation will lower your blood pressure, relieves you from stress and tension, and releases the Alpha brainwave pattern which correlates to healing, emotional stability and overall balance. Once you regularize meditation into your daily life, you will notice some positive changes within and around you. And once you acknowledge them, you will definitely feel a different kind of high. You will feel being High on Life.

2. Pranayama or Deep Breathing
Prāṇāyāma is a Sanskrit word meaning the extension of the breath (known as prāṇa) or the extension of the life force. Its origins can be traced to ancient India, and is mostly practiced in yoga. Doing a conscious, deeper intake of oxygen repeated multiple times in one sitting will give you a natural high and will greatly expand the consciousness and awareness. Physically, you will feel light-headed, and your heart rate might speed up a little bit. These are just normal reactions due to the fact that this is all new to your body and much different than our regular automatic breathing pattern. The basic method of the pranayama is to breathe in deep through the nose, holding it for a few counts and then exhaling slowly out through the mouth. Be aware of your diaphragm as you do this. Deep breathing should not be limited to the chest only.

Here is a great website to tell you more about what the pranayama is all about.

Just as a side-note, I have a friend who had been doing yoga, and during their pranayama session he swore he felt and saw, through closed eyes, a huge difference happening within him. He was aware of these vibrations all around him and had seen vibrant color spectrums and unexplainable visuals. But his overall sensation was of ecstasy, the natural kind. It was highly probable that his pineal gland had opened, or that the natural DMT in his body came out stronger as compared to before.

3. Altered States of Mind through Binaural Beats and other brainwave entrainments
Binaural beats is slowly becoming known to more and more people nowadays. Scientifically, it has been proven that certain brainwave frequencies are connected to a specific state of mind, emotion or physical attribute. Some physical and emotional sensations you will feel while listening to a binaural beat track would be tingling sensations on the head and the skin, vibrations that flow up and down your body, feeling of bliss and even a floating sensations. Since many of our original music therapy beats are dedicated to sleep, relaxation, meditation and healing, those are just some of the natural highs you will perceive.

4. Love Making, not just sex. Love making is much more intimate than just having sex. If you would like to connect better with your partner, do so in a subconscious level. Let your emotions of love and bliss flow through you and share them with your loved one. For many in today's society, sex is just that. An erotic private moment. But if you involve more than just your body to the act, you will notice a difference. The raw, animalistic hunger can turn into something so much more. The Kama Sutra, or other tantric practices should actually be studied and understood further by the rest of the sexually-active society. They are not just mere sexual positions. They have an underlying spiritual connection about them. The word Tantra is Sanskrit for "woven together". This is the sexual union of weaving man, woman and the divine together within the physical and the spiritual planes. It is such a delicate, important and sacred practice to become one with God.

5. The 33 Spinning Technique
Honestly, this is one of the new things we've learned about recently, as we do our daily research on how to further raise our vibrations and be connected with everything around us. The 33 Spinning technique can basically help your DNA, pineal gland, and vibratory energy fields, and it is something very easy to do. You start off by selecting your base point, could be a chair or a painting on the wall. This will be your count-clicker. Stretch out your arms and using your thumb as your main focal point, start spinning in a clockwise direction, or to your right. Spin slowly at first until after much practice you'll be able to let go and spin yourself into bliss while maintaing balance. After 33 counts, stop by steadying your feet firmly on the ground, lock your knees and do your best to stand still. Focus your eyes at something in the distance. This simple exercise, if done daily, will raise your spiritual awareness and vibration, leaving you feeling high and happy.

Other ways for you to get that natural high are:

Do Things That You Enjoy like doing physical exercise, which will produce endorphins, like running or jogging, or how about dancing? Have you ever tried just dancing without pattern or not even following steps? Just loosen yourself up and dance like crazy. Soon enough you will feel like you are in a trance-like state, and this is the great area to be in when your mind is reaching an altered state.

For the creatives out there, like music lovers or musicians, listening or creating music will always have this amazing medicine for the soul. Even singing, especially those who can do the head-tones, will feel a rush from their head all the way down to their toes.

And for those who would like to start off at an easy pace, you can achieve a good, natural high by eating dark chocolate, laugh a lot whole-heartedly, and look at the world through the eyes of a child, grasping the magic and wonder from mother nature.

Color and Sound Healing: Amplifying Our Senses

The people behind Brainwave Power Music were recently engaged in a part of a project collaboration with a group called Aesthetics & Therapeutics Lab, consisting of art therapist Dr. Marina Masic and media artist Jakob LeBaron Dwight, who formed to initiate experiments and installations in art and healing.

This project collaboration was held last June 2014 and the Aesthetics & Therapeutics Lab had installed their first immersive multisensory environment in the Vortex Immersion Media Dome in Los Angeles, as part of the group immersive Art exhibition MORPHOS.

What are MultiSensory Environments?
"Multi-Sensory Environments (MSE's) are artificial or enriched environments that can be configured to interface with any individual level of abilities. MSE is a “dynamic interactive process utilizing the natural process of sensory stimulation and feedback analysis from the environment.” It is a designed space to interact with a person’s ‘Sensory diet’ by utilizing Controlled Sensory Input (CSI). MSE's are devoted to all of the senses; different pieces of equipment provide visual, auditory, olfactory, tactile, vestibular, and proprioceptive sensory inputs."
 - source

Aesthetics & Therapeutics Lab conceived four modules designed to investigate different areas of functioning using Multi Sensory Environments:
  • Color Fields and Changes
  • Light and Sound Environments (LSE)
  • Perception: Use of Abstract Paintings for Joint Attending and Interactivity
  • Spa & Dream Space Consciousness

Our own music was used in their Light and Sound Environment (LSE) installation that involved light and sound therapy. The main concept for this was to stimulate healing and consciousness through the different spectrums of color, light, as well as audio and motion perceptions. Their target usage were for the treatment of Autism, Traumatic Brain Injury, PTSD, depression, OCD, anxiety, insomnia, circadian rhythm disorder, Alzheimer’s and Dementia, Learning and Communication Disorders.
The Project Method of the LIGHT & SOUND ENVIRONMENTS module:
LSE is a module ATL has been working on composed of Immersive Spatial Light and Sound tracking in the environment. Applying the principles of Phototherapy, Light is a beneficial communication technology that can be adapted for healing. The principle of Sound is a second major component to this module.  By utilizing surround sound speakers in the dome Environment, as well as Binaural beats, a subtle effect of sound integrates in a 3 Dimensional experience.  Incorporating MSE principles of directing the viewer’s engagement to follow various ambient sounds in different space works to promote spatialization awareness and a greater sense of proprioception.

Additionally, Binaural Beats and isochronic tones for brainwave entrainment will also be integrated to explore effects of vibratory technology.

Listen to snippets of Brainwave Power Music's audio tracks on their website, and see the beautiful imagery they used for this exhibition:

The video below is the full-length version that was used in ATL's project:

We do believe that color and sound plays an important role in the balancing and healing of our individual mind and bodies. Such with interior decorators who recommend certain color spectrums for different types of rooms to correctly exert the needed mood, sound offers a similar auditory healing aspect, and we were very excited to be a part of this project.

We hope that more artists, such as Marina and Jakob, will continue to flourish in their arts and exhibitions, and hopefully awaken and engage more audiences about the mysterious healing aspects of lights and sound as we, ourselves, continue to create more sound therapy music using binaural beats and isochronic tones and provide everyone the type of auditory healing that would resonate well with them.

Healing Frequencies: DNA Repair

In the years that we've done extensive research and learning more about binaural beat frequencies and its benefits, one of the most controversial subjects that people have been debating about pertains to the physical healing aspects of vibrational frequencies for the body. Such topics range from DNA Repair to Cell Regeneration and Bone Growth, and for this article, we will tackle on the DNA healing powers through frequencies.

Our body is a wondrous, amazing machine, knitted by these little guys, the DNA, who basically run everything 24/7. They are the real superheroes behind the big, mass of a machine we call the Body, working their way in making up the entirety of who we are, not just physically, but characteristically as well.

They determine who we are, how we think, react, perceive. Ignited within us are the building blocks that cultivate our entire existence. Science, until now, is still in the deep fathoms of learning more about the DNA and how we can, as human beings, harness the hidden powers hidden deep within.

Before we continue, and in lieu with today's synchronicity (if you believe it as much as we do) an article from one of our favorite websites popped up on our feed, which very much related to the topic in-mind that we have right now as we speak. You can go read their article and come back here for the discussion, yes? Play this video in the background as you do so. We promise you, it's going to make you feel real good.

Excerpt from this article:

CAN WE REPROGRAM OUR DNA AND HEAL OURSELVES WITH FREQUENCY, VIBRATION & ENERGY?

"While interesting and inspiring, at least to the imagination, ideas of singing DNA and re-structuring DNA with intentional frequency are certainly difficult to find in practical application and are as of yet lacking legitimate scientific validation. As with Chi, the mapped out essence of life to Chinese medicine, the difficulty in finding verifiable proof and use for these theories is something that has earned this line of thinking the title of new age and pseudo-science.
Science does, however confirm that sound and light can and do directly influence the body’ healing processes."
Read more HERE.

So, are you back? Yes, good.

There is such a series of frequencies called Solfeggio Frequencies, which are also known as a category of Healing Frequencies. Said to be ancient tones, they are composed of a 6-tone scale thought to have been used in sacred music, including the beautiful Gregorian Chants. Each Solfeggio tone is comprised of a frequency required to balance your energy and keep your body, mind and spirit in perfect harmony.

The main six Solfeggio frequencies are:

396 Hz – Liberating Guilt and Fear
417 Hz – Undoing Situations and Facilitating Change
528 Hz – Transformation and Miracles (DNA Repair)
639 Hz – Connecting/Relationships
741 Hz – Expression/Solutions
852 Hz – Returning to Spiritual Order

So what happens when you listen to these frequencies? Well, it's another series of beautiful physical, emotional and mental stimulations made to restore balance to your natural state of being. Science is still deep within the fathoms of further understanding the correlation of frequency and healing, but for those who understand the benefits of binaural beats and isochronic tones, you'll know that there is a mysterious effect we gain from the sounds that resonate well with us.

Science is still trying to fully understand the mystery behind the fascinating effects that sound and vibration can do to our overall being. It's a similar occurrence when you smell something that triggers a memory.

Here's another shared article about DNA Theta Healing which will show you an extensive explanation of what Theta brainwaves, when stimulated, can do for you, and how you can do your own self-healing sessions.

In another video below, we feature our original music made using the Solfeggio 528 DNA Repair Healing Frequency. Please note that this audio is a pure tone binaural beat, and should be listened to with headphones. The objective of this track is to bring beneficial effects such as an increased amount of life energy, clarity of mind, awareness, awakened or activated creativity, ecstatic states like deep inner peace, dance and celebration. The tone 'Mi' activates your imagination, intention and intuition to operate for your highest and best purpose.

Since we are working on our new Brainwave Smart Pillow, which of these two original music tracks do you think you'd like to have playing as you rest? Let us know in the comments section!

Understanding Chakra Healing

Binaural Beats and Isochronic Tones have been used as, not only for sleep aids or brain toners, but as meditative accompaniments as well. One category of meditation is known as chakra healing, which is a knowledge and a practice not many know or fully understand.
Our body contains a river of energies that flows through our system. We are constantly enveloped and are absorbing these energies each and every day. What many do not know is that we can enhance these energies to fill our mind, body and soul by activating certain energy choke points.
Within these rivers, there are seven known and important energy points. In Hindu and tantric/yogic traditions, among other belief systems, these energy points are called chakras, and each chakra symbolizes and governs specific parts of our physical body, our mental states and our emotional levels.

Not only do our minds and bodies need healing and balancing, our emotional and spiritual part of ourselves needs them too.

In this article, we will guide you through each known chakra and their respective meanings and benefits, as well as some tips to open and cleanse your chakras.

SIMPLE TIPS TO DO:
To prepare yourself for a session of chakra healing, we would advise you to find a comfortable, quiet place where you won't be disturbed or interrupted. Put aside an hour of your time each day for this. If you really want to do this, you will make time for it.

As you begin this session, play each chakra video below and close your eyes. Breathe in and out slowly, focusing your mind on each breath. Be aware of the location of each chakra that you are opening and activating.

As the music starts to play, imagine the color associated with each chakra. You can put an object to those colors, it can be a sphere or a ball of light, or the image displayed in this article.

Now, as the music plays on, imagine cleaning your chakra image. You can pretend to either wipe your chakra object clean, or maybe turn on an imaginary light switch and watch it glow brighter according to its respective color. This is where your chakra cleansing takes place.

Once you feel or think that you are satisfied with the way your chakra glows or gleams, imagine that your are pushing a brilliant river of energy from that chakra point to the next.

Repeat these simple steps through every chakra point you activate. If you start to feel sensations such as tingling or swaying, do not be afraid or worried. This simply means that your mind and body are accepting the chakra healing.

THE SEVEN CHAKRAS:

~
Root chakra
The first chakra is the root chakra, also known as the Muladhara. This chakra is located at the base of the spine and is related to instinct, security, survival, sexuality and sensuality. It is an important spiritual energy point where the dormant Kundalini resides. It represents our foundation and feelings of being grounded, of well-being and being centered and is associated with the color red.

~

Sacral

The second chakra is known as the Sacral or Svadhisthana. The Sacral chakra is located at the lower abdomen, about 2 inches below the navel and 2 inches in. It deals with emotional identity, creativity, desire, pleasure and self-gratification. It is an energy center that governs over your sense of self-worth and creativity. Proper balancing of this chakra means to have the ability to let emotions flow freely and to recognize and acknowledge them for what they are, for they define you. It is associated with the color orange

~

Solar Plexus

The third chakra is called the Manipura, or more popularly known as the Solar Plexus. Located in the upper abdomen and around the stomach area, it is the center for The Ego, of passions and impulses, and defines the self-esteem. The Manipura is related to the metabolic and digestive systems. Mentally it governs personal power, emotionally it governs expansiveness, and spiritually, all matters of growth. It is also the center for astral travel and a receptor for when you call upon your spirit guides. It is associated with the color yellow.

~

Heart chakra
The fourth chakra is called the Heart chakra or Anahata. Located at the center of chest just above heart. It deals with social identity, unconditional love, wisdom, compassion, and inner peace. In our chakra healing music track, we included binaural beats that correlate to inter-awareness and self-purpose, creativity, music and a frequency to contact with spirit guides. Key issues involving the Anahata involve complex emotions, compassion, tenderness, unconditional love, equilibrium, rejection and well-being. Physically Anahata governs circulation, emotionally it governs unconditional love for the self and others, mentally it governs passion, and spiritually it governs devotion. It is associated with the color green.

~

Throat chakra
The Throat chakra or Vishudda is the 5th chakra located around the throat area. It deals with communication, self-expression of feelings and of the truth. Let the energy flow in freely and acknowledge the centering of positive intuition and self-knowledge. This chakra is paralleled to the thyroid, a gland that is also in the throat and which produces thyroid hormone, responsible for growth and maturation. Physically, Vishuddha governs communication, emotionally it governs independence, mentally it governs fluent thought, and spiritually, it governs a sense of security. It is associated with the color blue.

~

Third Eye chakra
The sixth chakra, also called Ajna, is popularly known as the third eye chakra. Located on the forehead in between the eyes, it is believed to be connected to the pineal gland which is said to be the doorway to the spiritual realm. This chakra deals with self-knowledge, wisdom, clairvoyance, insight, intuitive reasoning and the imagination. To balance this chakra is to gain a higher understanding of our existence in this reality, and makes way to enhance our connections to the spiritual self. It is associated with the indigo color.

~

Crown chakra
Known as the seventh and highest chakra, the Crown or Sahasrara, is located at the very top of the head. It's emotional connection is with our inner and outer beauties, our connection to spirituality and conscious awareness. When this chakra is balanced, we feel pure bliss and a feeling of being one with the universe. Its role may be envisioned somewhat similarly to that of the pituitary gland, which secretes hormones to communicate to the rest of the endocrine system and also connects to the central nervous system via the hypothalamusSahasrara's inner aspect deals with the release of karma, physical action with meditation, mental action with universal consciousness and unity, and emotional action with "beingness." The associated color is violet.

This binaural beat meditation music was created specifically to aid you in opening this spiritual doorway and access your higher power.
